Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Dunefox Voice, operated by Sucetas Technologies UK Limited(“we”, “us”), a company registered in Coventry, United Kingdom. By creating a workspace you agree to them.

The service

Dunefox Voice is an AI voice agent platform. It places and receives phone calls on your behalf, holds conversations using AI, captures leads, and records the results in your workspace. Features available to you depend on your plan.

Your account

• You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure.
• You are responsible for everything done under your workspace, including by your team members.
• You must be old enough to enter a contract in your jurisdiction and authorised to act for the business you register.

Acceptable use — this one matters

You are responsible for the calls you make. You must not use Dunefox Voice to:

• Make calls you do not have a lawful basis to make, including calls to numbers registered on any applicable do-not-call or preference service where you have no valid relationship or consent.
• Ignore call-recording, AI-disclosure, or automated-calling rules in the countries you call into. These vary by country and are your responsibility.
• Impersonate any person or organisation, or misrepresent who is calling.
• Send unlawful, deceptive, harassing, or fraudulent communications.
• Upload content to a knowledge base that you do not have the right to use.
• Attempt to break, overload, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the service.

We may suspend a workspace that we reasonably believe is breaching this section, including immediately where calls risk harm or legal exposure.

Plans, trials, and billing

• Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis. Usage beyond your plan’s included amounts is billed according to your plan.
• Trials include a fixed starting credit and expire; when the credit or the trial period is exhausted, calling stops until you choose a plan.
• Pay-as-you-go workspaces are billed for what they use, including any per-number rental.
• On BYOK (bring your own keys) plans you supply your own telephony and AI provider accounts and are billed directly by those providers. We charge a platform fee.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not see or store your card details.
• Fees are exclusive of taxes unless stated otherwise.

Cancellation

You can cancel at any time; your plan runs to the end of the paid period and is not renewed. Except where required by law, fees already paid are not refunded. You can export your data before cancelling, and we may delete workspace data a reasonable period after termination.

Your data and content

You keep ownership of everything you put into Dunefox Voice — your contacts, recordings, transcripts, and knowledge base. You grant us only the licence needed to operate the service for you. How we handle personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. The service is hosted in India; see that policy before onboarding if data residency matters to you.

AI output

AI agents generate speech, summaries, and lead scores automatically. Output can be wrong, incomplete, or unexpected. Do not rely on it as professional advice, and review anything consequential before acting on it. You are responsible for the prompts, guardrails, and knowledge base you configure, and for what your agents say as a result.

Availability

We work to keep the service available and will give notice of planned maintenance where we reasonably can, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service unless a separate written agreement says otherwise. The service depends on third parties — telephony and AI providers — whose outages can affect it.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, or lost data, and our total liability in any 12-month period is limited to the fees you paid us in that period. The service is provided without warranties except those that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Indemnity

You will cover us against claims arising from your use of the service in breach of these terms — in particular claims arising from calls you instructed us to make.

Changes

We may update these terms as the service develops. Material changes will be notified to workspace owners by email, and continued use after they take effect means you accept them.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
